Our Mission
The Global Family Foundation is committed to engaging, encouraging, and empowering Nepalese youth worldwide through entertainment, education, and cultural initiatives. Our mission is to preserve and promote Nepalese culture, tradition, and language on a global scale — ensuring that younger generations remain connected to their roots.
Through cultural events, educational programs, and artistic expression, we create opportunities for Nepalese youth to celebrate their identity, embrace their heritage, and contribute to a vibrant, united global community. By fostering cultural pride and community engagement, we aim to inspire future leaders who carry forward the rich traditions of Nepal while thriving in a multicultural world.

2026 Scholarship · Completed
Our 2026 scholarship initiative dedicated a $5,000 total grant pool to four top essays about promoting Nepali culture in the U.S. mainstream. The cycle is completed and application intake is closed.
Education · Completed
High school to college counseling for students and families navigating college preparation, admissions, and financial aid. Thank you to everyone who participated in the 2026 program.

Music, dance, food, and shared traditions bring generations together. GFF supported the 2026 Dashain Tihar Fest in Northern Virginia as a nonprofit sponsor.

Thank you to the families, performers, volunteers, sponsors, and partners who helped celebrate Dashain and Tihar at One Loudoun in Ashburn, Virginia. GFF served as a nonprofit sponsor of the event organized by 3E Entertainment.
The 2026 event is completed. Attendance totals, fundraising results, and GFF's final event financial summary will be published only after the supporting records are reviewed.
